Ada sebuah rasa takjub ketika saya menutup lembaran terakhir novel karya John Green kala itu, bagaimana ketika sebuah hal sempit dan sederhana yang dimanipulasi sedemikian rupa membawa pembacanya hanyut kedalam sebuah kisah cinta serta perjuangan penyakit kronis yang mampu bermain-main dengan manis bersama realitas antara kehidupan serta kematian. Film ini berhasil mentransfer kenikmatan tadi ke dunia nyata, The Fault in Our Stars, a sweet and sour story about some infinities are bigger than other infinities. Pain demands to be felt. Always.
